RESPONSIBILITY AND WORK AREAS
The overall task will be to support the MEAL unit with its tasks related to monitor results with the Outcome Harvesting methodology, concepts and methods toolbox, and training (online and offline).

For example:

  • Support the monitoring of our international programmes in relation to, for example:
  • the quality check of reported outcomes/results
  • the validation of reported results
  • the quantitative and qualitative analysis of reported results.
  • Support in the layout, formatting, and updates of the international area concepts and methods documents.
  • Support our training activities in relation to, for example:
  • Administration of our digital platforms
  • Website analytics and reporting
  • Documentation of learning effect.
  • Help coordinate and facilitate internal and external meetings.
  • Set-up the newsletter of the department/unit.
  • Ad hoe administrative tasks across the Human Rights,Resources and Results Department
There might also be other ad hoe tasks which will be agreed with the candidate and adjusted depending on needs and profile of the candidate.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • You are a student at university level.
  • You are comfortable switching between the mentioned work areas.
  • You can work proactively - also when it comes to asking for help and clarification.
  • You are analytical, have an eye for details, and you put an effort into ensuring that data, information and lay-out is correct.
As we are a function that provides both in-house and project support, you should expect to have contact with many different stakeholders inside and outside the Institute.

Previous experience with digital platforms (e.g. content management systems or similar) and tools like PowerBI is an advantage.

CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT
Salary is set in accordance with the Danish Ministry of Finance's agreement with The Union of Commercial and Clerical Employees in Denmark (HK).

The position is 15 hours/week on average and based in Copenhagen.
